Roles: Young Armchair, Paper Shepherdess, Screech Owl

Amanda Ng’s operatic and musical theatre roles include Barbarina in Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro (Opera HK), Wife in Vixen (Silent Opera’s reimagining of Janacek’s The Cunning Little Vixen at the HK Arts Festival), Serpetta in Mozart’s La finta giardiniera, Mrs. Gobineau in Menotti’s The Medium, Frasquita in Bizet’s Carmen, Fortuna in Monteverdi’s L’incoronazione di Poppea, Little Red from Sondheim’s Into the Woods and Maria in the modern adaption of Bernstein’s West Side Story.

Amanda was selected as one of the Young Music Makers 2019 by RTHK Radio 4 with the title of the “Adjudicators’ Choice”. She also won the 3rd Prize in the senior vocal category of the 20th Osaka International Music Competition. She was repeatedly invited by the Hong Kong Economic Trade Office to give performances around Europe, including Tallinn, Copenhagen, Barcelona and Paris. She made her solo debut with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra at the HK premiere of BBC Seven Worlds One Planet live in concert earlier this year.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Music degree from The Royal College of Music, London, fully funded by Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence and Lee Bing Vocal Scholarship.

吳詩琪於香港中文大學修讀音樂學士，隨後，她憑香港卓越獎學金赴倫敦皇家音樂學

院修讀聲樂表演碩士課程，先後師隨陳少君、佛羅尼卡金寶及林穎穎習聲樂 。

吳氏曾飾演多個歌劇及音樂劇角色，包括《費加羅的婚禮》的巴巴蓮娜、《卡門》的

法斯蓋達、《魔法黑森林》中的小紅帽、《靈媒》中的戈比諾夫人等等 。 吳氏很榮幸

被香港電台獲選為樂壇新秀 2019，並奪得「評判之選」。她在第20屆大阪國際音樂比

賽的聲樂組獲季軍，並曾多次獲香港經濟貿易辦事處邀請到愛沙尼亞、哥本哈根、西

班牙和巴黎演唱。今年，她為香港管弦樂團的《BBC 七個世界，一個星球》音樂會中

擔任獨唱。

她曾參與多個香港歌劇團和香港藝術節的表演節目，亦受邀康樂及文化事務署為國際

音樂節目作演前講座及導賞的講者。
